Cooperation with the National Network of Healthy Cities in the Czech Republic, which realises the project of Healthy Cities. The project is an international project supported by the World Health Organisation (WHO). The association creates the conditions for cooperation of the cities, local interested activists and specialists on the national and international levels. One of the best forms of co-operation among the Healthy cities is the Healthy Cities Section (MCAP) developing long-term European co-operations on specific themes. Under this framework, the National Healthy Cities Network in the Czech Republic, Healthy city of Prostějov and the Transport Research Centre (CDV) realised a public meeting on “Cyclists and pedestrians” which was held on 24 October 2001.
